Ki Kefir is our family's absolute favorite in London! My husband is very particular about the taste of kefir. Since we're from Central Asia, our gold standard is a light, thin, refreshing kefir that's closer to traditional ayran. Finding anything similar in London was tough, especially given I eat only organic. After trying everything available in the city, we settled on Ki Kefir — and it is simply the absolute best! We now order large bottles regularly and drink it every single morning as our main source of live beneficial bacteria. The kefir is incredibly delicious, always impeccably fresh, and the texture is right on point—light and smooth. A special treat is making fluffy pancakes with it; they turn out magical. And the service is top-notch: it's wonderful that the founder is always in touch and cares so much about product quality. We've fallen completely in love with Ki Kefir and are regular subscribers 🤍🥛

It truly is the champagne of kefir. My whole family fight over it, including my two year old who absolutely loves it. After struggling with IBS for years my stomach and immune system has finally settled and I feel Ki kefir really help play a part in that. I am 8.5 months pregnant and feel amazing knowing I am providing incredible nutrients to my baby already. Highly recommend!
I've been really impressed with Ki Kefir. The flavor is fresh, smooth, not sour or sugary like some other kefirs I've tried. It tastes natural, with just the right balance of tanginess and creaminess. I also appreciate the quality of the ingredients and that it feels like a genuinely healthy choice without compromising on taste. I've noticed it sits well on my stomach and has become a regular part of my daily routine. Whether on its own, in a smoothie, or with breakfast, it's consistently delicious. I have been drinking Ki Kefir since I was seriously ill last year. I have noticed a massive improvement to my gut health, and I feel it has been a massive help towards my recovery. I have previously tried supermarket brands but they don’t compare at all to Ki Kifir. I have since recommended it to a few friends who have now also started drinking it.
I love ce kefir and have it when th homemade granola and fruit and yoghurt most mornings. It gives me a kick start to the day.

There is Kefir, THEN , there is KI KEFIR - THE CHAMPAGNE OF KEFIR. This is truly exceptional no other Kefir comes anywhere near this. IT SPARKLES, IT TICKLES THE PALATE - IT IS TRULY IN DESCRIBABLE and anyone with a sense of what is phenomenal love this KI KEFIR. I buy only this and My doggies adore it and if I drink first they shout loudly at me. One can feel the love in this product and the health benefits are enormous - especially for the gut - the skin and the hair. I am addicted and have to stop myself from buying more - PEOPLE TRY THIS - YOU WILL LOVE IT IMMENSELY and the makers are DELIGHTFUL PEOPLE WITH TREMENDOUS INTEGRITY - one can taste all that in every sip of KI KEFIR!!!!!

I’ve been a customer for around six months now and I honestly can’t recommend ki kefir enough! I had a brief two-week break over the summer while I was away, and I really noticed the difference. I couldn’t wait to get home and start having it again! Since making kefir part of my daily routine, I feel so much healthier and more energetic, and just generally better in myself. After noticing how I felt during those two weeks without it, I’m definitely converted. It’s now a firm part of my routine and something I look forward to every day!

I look forward to my morning « shot » of Kikefir every morning - I pour it over my bowl of oats, fruit and homemade granola instead of yogurt which I was finding too heavy. I use it alongside a little rice milk (that the oats have soaked in for about 20 minutes) and find it much more digestible than cow’s milk and yogurt but still giving me the benefits of pro biotics and calcium - plus I love the taste (even when it’s gone a bit tangy) - so much better than brands I have bought in the supermarket. We’ve had a few hiccups along the way with deliveries but the Kikefir team has been very proactive about sorting them out and I wish them all the best going forward

Ki Kefir is such a BIG part of my life that our fridge looks incomplete without their lovely large glass bottles, brimming with amazing goodness, taking front and centre stage every week! What I LOVE the most about Ki Kefir is that it tastes so authentic. The other kefirs that I have tried - usually in plastic bottles (ugh!) always taste the same, every single time. But with Ki Kefir, each week can be different because of the content's sensitivity to environmental factors. I have kefir with cereal, use it as a smoothie base, and sometimes just drink it after exercising as it is utterly refreshing and nourishing. As for the support and customer service - they are second to none. However, as the delivery is so smooth and seamless, it is rare that you need to reach out to them. I cannot recommend Ki Kefir highly enough. I know that it has greatly improved my gut health and overall immunity.

I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again. This is the best Kefir I have ever tasted. I suffer with Diverticulitis and have not had a single episode since I started with it. It is also the most palatable Kefir I have ever tasted. The team at KiKefir are very pleasant and amenable to anything you may have a problem over, and will do their best to solve it. An example of this is, I periodically need a delivery by Pedal Me, which is for the London area, and they will arrange this. Please, whether you are suffering with Diverticulitis or not, give this product a go, and feel the benefit Kefir can give you.

My Kefir arrived right to my door, which was amazing as I thought I’d have to collect from our mail room. It was perfectly packaged and is the smoothest, tastiest (real) kefir I’ve had!!! Thank you Ki, I will definitely be recommending.
Kefir by KiKefir is high quality, made of organic milk and has a great taste. It is a proper kefir that has only 2 ingredients: milk and bacteria which is necessary for the gut health. No artificial additives unlike in many supermarket brands. It really helped me with maintaining healthy diet, I always look forward to KiKefir delivery. Additionally, great customer service , where you actually get the response from a person, not AI agent. Highly recommended

Ki kefir is the best tasting kefir that I’ve tried. Not only that but it is a small (helpful and friendly) artisanal team using whole milk from grass fed cows, from small farms. It’s in glass bottles, not plastic. I use the bottles as water bottles I the house and give them to my local ‘fill your own packaging’ shop.
Just the best kefir ever! It's helped me with digestive issues so much, post-treatment for SIBO and H pylori, and my gut is now in the best shape it has ever been. It tastes delicious too! 100% recommend to everyone!

If I remember rightly I heard about Kikefir on Radio H-P. I used to have a kefir culture, making my own kefir which was always a bit hit and miss, and anyone I asked to look after it when I went away went into a blind panic; so I gave up and started buying rather tasteless, bland kefir from the supermarket. Kikefir is a whole new ball game with a lively refreshing taste and I am convinced that my daily shot which I tend to add to my breakfast granola and fruit bowl every morning is beneficial to my digestive system which tends to be pretty sensitive. I am so grateful to Sam and Freya for developing this product and for persevering with the issues we have had with deliveries to my address - it seems so unfair that a small business like Kikefir is at the mercy of big delivery corporations who don’t fulfill their commitments. I wish Kikefir every success in the future for their delicious and superhealthy product.

I love the taste. Lots of kefir can be quite overpowering but it has a very subtle tang which I love. I also like that it’s fresh, in a glass bottle and hasn’t sat on a supermarket shelf forever. The subscription model works perfectly so I never run out

We discovered Ki through Natoora. Having tried kefir from supermarkets, we were blown away by the taste of Ki. We drink it daily and are never disappointed. The delivery process is also second to none, with fantastic packaging and (in Pedal Me) the friendliest and most effective delivery riders we have ever encountered!

I order it about once every six weeks and it lasts for about 2/3 weeks. I like its fresh flavour and smoothness. I have not noticed any changes as a result of taking it but I didn't particularly expect that. I know it is helping my microbiome

To put it as delicately as one can, Ki Kefir keeps me “regular”. I love its gentle effervescence and sharp flavour. Unfortunately, we have moved to a house that has no place to leave deliveries, but I am happy to go out of my way as I now do to buy it.

I love Ki, it’s definitely the best Kefir out there without a doubt! I originally started drinking it about 5 years ago because I would randomly get very heavily bloated for no rhyme or reason and couldn’t figure out why. I then started drinking Ki Kefir and it really helped, now I very rarely get that same painful bloat anymore! I also drank it all the way through pregnancy and whilst I have no idea if it’s related, I never got any morning sickness and I can’t help but feel that having a healthier gut helped play a little part in that. I suffer with diverticulitis, and since I have been taking Ki Kefir, I have not had a flare up. I drink it before I have anything to eat in the morning. I have tried other makes and they are just too thick and take a lot of getting down. With KiKefir I find that it is palatable and delivery is every Thursday for me, so that I don’t have to wait in several days for a delivery. All in all, it is working well for me keeping the diverticulitis at bay, and I am pleased that I found about it from reading a magazine article.

I have an autoimmune condition and looking after my gut health is incredibly important in managing my condition and reducing inflammation. My skin has been cleared and I've had so much more energy since I started drinking Ki 12 months ago. I love it!
I started using ki kefir last year . Going through the menopause created a few health problems especially with my digestion. I spoke to Sam who advised to start with a small shot of kefir and gradually increase . I have found my digestion is much improved. I have also noticed improvement with my skin too.
