Shipping policy

All kefir is made to order. This means we send your kefir out once a week. Orders are sent from the fermentary on a Wednesday Or Thursday to arrive the next day. You will recieved your item the following week of your order been place. There are occasions we can get this out to you sooner and will if we are able. 

Items are sent using APC overnight service. You will receive an email notification of your tracking the day of delivery. This contain contact details and tracking number for APC. Please use them as the first point of contact for any issues.
